Gourmet Wood Fired Pizzas

We specialize in Neapolitan pizza which dates back to 1889 in Naples, Italy where the Margherita was founded. The pizza was created by Raffaele Esposito who made a pizza for Queen Margherita of Savoy who was visiting Naples. He made the pizza with the colors of the Italian flag; Green (Basil), Red (San Marzano tomato sauce), and White (Fresh Fior di Latte Mozzarella) finished with olive oil and sea salt.
