All aboard! Enjoy a fun, scenic train ride through beautiful Niles Canyon! The Niles Canyon Railway will transport you and three others along the original route of the 1869 Transcontinental Railroad. Along the way, you'll hear tales of how this historic route finally linked America's east and west coasts by rail for the first time--and the stories of famous characters who once roamed Niles Canyon, including Joaquin Murietta, Broncho Billy, and Charlie Chaplin. Train runs between the 1885 depot in Sunol and Niles Station in Fremont. Tickets may be used on any regular Sunday operation. See www.ncry.org for schedule.
