The annual maintenance fee is currently $418. Because your timeshare is for even years, you'll be investing $836 over two years for a one week stay. The room rents for $169 in the off season, which means your one week stay has a minimum value of $1183. (FYI, the week of July 4th is priced at $2268... that's a tremendous deal!)
