Recover from your workweek with Taoist yoga, which promotes deep stretching in the Chinese Chi Kung tradition, or promote healing with a session of Kundalini. Hatha yoga will get you back to the basics, while Iyengar reinforces sequence, movement, and alignment with the help of props.

No matter what you choose, Santa Monica Yoga's instructors (many of whom have been with the studio since its beginning) will ensure your practice is safe, light, and — most importantly — from the heart.
