We started our canvas using black chalk pastels and water and then added purple and teal tempera paint.  Then, we added a layer of white chalk. Next, we drizzled and splattered paint and poured out the remaining purple paint on top. Our canvas reminded the children of rain so we call our collaborative piece “Rain Drops.”
