This item is for two (2) private gyrotonic sessions at Village Gyrotonic.
Gyrotonic is a whole body practice (mind, body and spirit). It is rooted in Yoga, Martial Arts (Tai Chi and Qi Gong) and classical/modern dance. Exercise sequences are composed of spiral and circular spinal movements. Rhythmic and fluid sequences create overall balance, strength and flexibility. A single session can relieve muscle tension and fatigue and leave you feeling invigorated and more aware of your entire body. Gyrotonic is good for every body, from the elite athlete to those recovering from injuries to senior citizens.

Please note: Winners will be notified via e-mail with pick-up instructions for the item won after the auction closes on April 14, 2019. Winning items can be picked up at P.S. 3 Charrette School, 490 Hudson St, NYC 10014 (between Christopher & Grove Streets). If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.
