Gift certificate redeemable towards two (2) hours of diagnosis, consulation and tune-up of your Windows-based PC.  Two (2) PC optimizing software included, along with a quick tutorial and two complimentary tech support calls.  

Special Instructions

*Any PC services or tune-ups exceeding the two (2) hours covered by the gift certificate are subject to additional fees.

*Windows-based PC only.  


*NYC residents only.


*Appointment must be made one (1) week in advance via email. 


*PC tune-up may require multiple visits depending on PC Guy's assessment and recommendations.


*Estimated time of PC-tune up is upwards of two (2) hours.


*If necessary, installation of one peripheral, i.e. a printer, hard drive, router, iPad, phone, etc. (provided by winner) is estimated at two (2) hours.


Please note: Winners will be notified via e-mail with pick-up instructions for the item won after the auction closes on April 14, 2019. Winning items can be picked up at P.S. 3 Charrette School, 490 Hudson St., NY, NY 10014 (between Christopher & Grove Streets). If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
