She will provide you with an informative, personalized session to begin creating a healthy lifestyle long-term. Recipient receives one private personal training session customized to suit their unique needs, abilities and goals after a 20 minute assessement. Amanda specializes in pre/post natal training, injury recovery and prevention, and will help to make life-long changes in your lifestyle. Session will take place in a training studio or in-home.

If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
