**This gift certificate applies only to moving violations issued in Manhattan, Queens, Kings, Bronx and Richmond County. Parking Tickets are not included.
***When redeeming this gift certificate the driver will be required to submit $40 for a REFUNDABLE bond. This is a COURT fee and will be returned to you at the end of your case, win or lose. It will be deductrd from your fine if you are found guilty and mailed to you from the DMV if you are not guilty.
Please note: Winners will be notified via e-mail with pick-up instructions for the item won after the auction closes on April 14, 2019. Winning items can be picked up at P.S. 3 Charrette School, 490 Hudson St., NY, NY 10014 (between Christopher & Grove Streets). If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
