Refine Method is high-intensity interval training in a persnalized, small group setting. Called "New York's Smartest Workout" by Fitness Magazine, the method is the perfet blend of cardio, resistance training and flexibility in 50-minutes, using our custom-MIT designed equipment system.
Gift certificate redeemable for five (5) Refine Method group fitness classes. Can be redeemed at any Refine Method location.

If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
