The session can be for you, your child, family or business. If you are not sure what you need, I'll guide you through a well-balanced session, combining yoga postures and breathing practises. No previous yoga/meditation experience necessary.

If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
