Come to relax in the heart of the Catskills in this modern dwelling, perfect for a summertime getaway!
Relax and unplug in the modern and newly renovated home. All three beds are Tempurpedic (accomodoating up to SIX people) for a restful nights sleep. Wake up to a superautomatic coffee maker that will have your latte ready with a touch of a button. The home is located only 15 minutes from Ski Windham and Hunter Mountain, making it a great place for skiers during the winter months. But also located 3 minutes from Windham-Blackhead Range Wilderness which has amazing hiking trails for the warmer weather months. In the evening, relax and unwind by watching a movie and play video games, or play board games on our large dining room table.
Guests will have access to the entire house. (Doors will be locked leading to the unfinished attic space, the basement and one closet in the master bedroom.)
Gift certificate redeemable for a weekend stay in a two-bedroom, two-bath house in Maplecrest, NY. Suitable for 6 people. Three beds. Check in August 2nd and check out August 4th, 2019 (or a weekend discussed and agreed upon with the owner.)

Please note: Winners will be notified via e-mail with pick-up instructions for the item won after the auction closes on April 14, 2019. Winning items can be picked up at P.S. 3 Charrette School, 490 Hudson St., NY, NY 10014 (between Christopher & Grove Streets). If you are unable to pick up your item (including gift certificates) at P.S. 3, you are responsible for additional shipping charges via FedEx.
