Tired of your body hurting you? Well lets start moving you in the right direction! Whether a beginner or a longtime practitioner, come to our studio for a fantastic workout. You will feel longer and taller by the end of the hour.
Started by a former professional dancer and PS 3 mom of two, the studio is airy and light-filled, the ambience is warm, gracious and welcoming, and the workout is functional, serious and challenging.
1 Private Pilates session or 2 Semi Private sessions of classical Pilates.
