BEACH BEER PILSNER - 5.4%
Despite our classification of Beach Beer as a Czech Pilsner, Beach Beer is more in line with a Munich Helles style of lager. Our local water is much harder than the water found in the Czech region and we also use a German yeast and and German hops. We use a small amount of Munich to add a bit of breadiness to the malt backbone of the beer without giving up its light color. This beer is filtered and best served cold; perfect for a day at the beach.
CALYPSO CUCUMBER - 4.6%
Kettle Sour style with the addition of fresh, local cucumbers added directly into the beer at the end of fermentation. We add around 200 lbs of fresh cucumbers per batch of Calypso, all of which is from local farms.
