Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the varietal characteristics that are typical of both the warm and cool climates to which these grapes are exposed.
The bouquet expresses bright notes of honeydew pith, key lime zest, grapefruit, and white spring flowers. Ripe citrus and slate flavors balance with bright acidity on the palate, with hints of mandarin, white peach and apricots. This wine’s long finish, depth in structure, and mineral undertones pay homage to its Happy Canyon heritage
