You don’t want your health and happiness to be a function of a number on the scale. You are a whole person and the quality of your life - whether at the office or at home - is about aligning your physical body with your mental health. This is not about a diet; it’s about a lifestyle plan. 

During these four months, you’ll have an opportunity to discover the foods that are supportive for your body and those that may be inflammatory. You’ll also explore stress management, relationships, physical activity, time allocation and optimization, and other aspects of your daily life to create a tool box of your “go to” resources.  All coaching will be done by phone.  

Jodi Krizer Graber, a certified health coach, is the founder and director of Bravo! Wellness, LLC, a company whose passion and mission is to support and help individuals recover from the struggles of emotional eating, sugar addiction and eating disorders. After a life-long obsession with sugar and battle with perfectionism, Jodi was diagnosed with bulimia and credits her therapist and holistic healer for guiding her to a life she loves and is grateful for every day. She is a graduate of Columbia University's Institute for Integrative Nutrition program and the school's advanced Immersion Program. She had the extraordinary opportunity to learn from leaders in the field of self-growth, nutrition and functional medicine including Dr. Oz, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth, (the late) Debbie Ford and Joshua Rosenthal.
