Hazel Keelan is a trained visual artist from the UK, where she studied at Chelsea, London and worked as an exhibiting and community artist before moving to the US. She recently was awarded first place for a hand drawn portrait from life, at the Pacific Art League's 97th Members' Exhibition, which had over several hundred entries submitted.
