Only 500 cases were released to the public in 2016. This 2013 Vintage comes from Houyi Vineyard whose wines can be found on the French Laundry Restaurant wine list. Esteemed winemaker, Sam Kaplan, created this wine brooding black raspberry hues featuring the classic Pritchard Hill aromatics of dried sage, lavender, anise, and freshly grilled bread. This wine emphasizes a voluptuous lagoon of dark fruit, vanilla, and gorgeously subtle oak while soft tannins coat the palate with a rich, massive finish that lasts for days. 

Viticulturalist, David Abreu, was referred to as one of the "most influential wine personalities” by Robert Parker.
