Two hour Healthy Cooking Class and Dinner for four guests given by Freddi Pakier, Certified Health Coach, author of "52 Weeks of Food for the Soul" and visiting guest chef at Rancho La Puerta Spa. All classes are gluten free and include a meal.
Certificate is valid for choice of any of the 10 classes that Freddi offers. Class location - Carlsbad area.

Local winning bidders are expected to pick up their items on Friday May 10th 7:30am - 8:30am or 12:30pm - 1:30pm, at Park Dale Lane Elementary (2050 Park Dale Lane, Encinitas 92024).
IF YOU CAN’T MAKE THE PICKUP DATE ABOVE, and Choose to have your Items Shipped to you, PLEASE respond to your Winning Bidder Email. Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Park Dale Lane Elementary will only ship within the United States. No P.O. Boxes and no C.O.D.
