Jim will also evaluate applicable planning and building codes to determine viable design solutions. Jim provides direct oversight of all of WDAs residential projects, preparing a strategy to achieve each of our clients unique goals, and personally manages select high-end residential projects. Jim is a California state licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional with over 28 years of experience in architecture and interiors.
