Want to know how the sausage is made....Enjoy a sausage making experience in the SI Commmons on May 18th 6pm - 10pm. The Kiehn Family's famous sausage recipes and fellow SI Families and co-sponsors are hosting: Marty Murphy, Dave Hollister, Jeff Hagan, Alex Hartigan and Peter Walsh. 30 lucky "sign me up winners" will be in for a night of food and fun, while taking home over 10lbs of fresh homemade sausage, ready to eat or to freeze for the summer pleasure.
