This wine is organically grown with little intervention in the cellar, 15 day natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by an 18 month elevage in neutral french oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, This classic expression of Merlot offers beautiful layers of dark red fruit, smooth tannin and bright acidity.
