Czar starts as Russian Imperial Stout craft beer and is distilled twice, the second distillation passes through a gin basket filled with hops providing a rounded nose. Each Seven Stills is named for a hill in San Francisco - Czar is created in honor of Russian Hill
Special Instructions
Roasted coffee and baking cocoa notes you might expect from the stout base, but the hops add a very distinct, very bright halo of pink grapefruit.
