Spend a day training with the NOrth Central Regional SWAT Team.  Hillsborough PD Participates as a member of this regional SWAT Team, composed of officers from 7 different local agencies.  will your day start out with Crossfit or the Cooper Test?  Perhaps lunch and then range training? Hostage Rescue or vehicle takedown drills?  Maybe your will get to gear up and toss a flashbang or shoot a full-autp assault rifle, under appropriate supervision.  Rappelling off the Fire Tower?  You wil lbe paired with a safety officer and a highly-trained SWAT officer and mirror the SWAT team's training for the day. 

Training activities vary by month and usually takes place on Thursdays.  Lunch will be provided.   Restrictions:  Winner must be at least 18 and not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
