This lovely custom item was created from a black wooden frame that measures 12.5 in x 15.7 in. The manufacturer is Recollections.
The colors are red, black, white and a vintage newspaper pattern. There is also an image of the ECHS school's seal. It is mostly made of paper.
There are places to put 3  -  4x6 pictures  to feature your Owl student!
