Enjoy a kids yoga class at school! Join fellow FTCNS classmates for a yoga class with FTCNS parent Rachel Gansner, designed just for you! We'll play some yoga games, learn some breath and relaxation techniques, and enjoy a yoga practice together. Cost covers one child and one adult. Space is limited to 15 children (each with adult). Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

This class will take place on Saturday, May 18th at 10am at the school. Bring your own mats.
