Shape a bowl using basic glassblowing techniques n the Bay Area Glass Institute's hot shop. You'll experience working with 2000°F molten glass at the end of a turning steel rod. You'll spend two hours with fellow students and a skilled artist who will keep it both safe and fun.

In the end you will have made your very own bowl using traditional glassblowing techniques which involve blowing a glass form, transferring it to a punty rod and opening it up to create its final shape. You will get to choose color(s) for your bowl as well as its shape; flat, rimmed or floppy!
