*A half-hour introductory call to answer questions about coaching and explain the Energy Leadership Index (ELI), an instrument that provides insight into the way you "show up" energetically-when you tap into renewable, sustainable energy and when you use the pull-in-case-of-emergency energy, which is useful but nonrenewable and draining.
*One online, secure ELI Assessment.
*1.5-hour coaching call for the ELI "debrief" and to create an action plan.
Services are performed via telephone for maximum convenience to the client.
