KOVAL distillery is the first legal distillery to produces fine spirits right here in Chicago in over a century.

KOVAL invites you and a guest to visit the distillery and learn about the "heart" of artisanal spirit making.  Our staff will explain the differences between white and aged whiskey, the subtle intricacies of distillation, and the delicious beauty of small-batch spirits. See where each and every step of our process takes place. Tasting of numerous spirits is just one of the perks!

Weekly Tours are on Wednesdays at 7pm, Saturdays at 1,2,3,4,5pm and Sundays at 2,3,4pm.
