The house is a Sunday-Sunday rental and this opportunity is valid off-season from Sunday, September 15, 2019 – Sunday, January 5, 2020 based on availability. The owner will graciously cover the cleaning fees and work out the exact dates for your off-season escape. The winning bidder will receive details about contacting the owner and recommend that you select dates as soon as possible. The winning bidder will have to agree to the typical terms and conditions for rental properties with the Brindley Beach management company.
