Crafted with Love: Break out the little black dress and complete your outfit with this 11" marbled black and white dot necklace and earring set designed and handmade from polymer clay beads with hand tied tassels. The necklace features a silver chain with lobster claw clasp so it's easily adjustabe. Both pieces were designed with extra TLC by Elise Wilson, daughter of C.A.S.E.'s Director of the National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training Initiative (NTI) Dawn Wilson.
