About Rachael: Rachael Harrington is a director and storyteller whose work has taken her to places as varied and exotic as Uganda and New Jersey. Rachael’s programs are designed to fire up imaginations and encourage the audience to see themselves as storytellers. As a storyteller, Rachael has presented workshops for New Jersey Association of School Libraries, was the storyteller-in-residence at Operation Exodus Inner City, traveled to Uganda with the arts education program she co-founded (Essubi Arts), and recently released her debut album, Gifts for the King: Nativity Folktales (available on iTunes). Recent storytelling projects and festivals include: The Gotham Arts Festival, Our Story Project with Millburn High School English Language Learners, The Dance and Biography Project at Hamilton Heights Elementary School, LitCon in Lambertville, NJ, and more!
