- Complimentary Ferry Tickets are NOT a valid form of fare payment for the SF Giants Ferry
- Tickets are issued as a one way ticket, so please use one ticket for each way of travel (i.e. four tickets are included to equal a round trip for two adults)
- Children ages 4 and under ride the ferry for free
- No ferry service on New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Days
