2012 Atalon Napa Valley Pauline's Cuvee
Pauline's Cuvee is made after the wines of the Right Bank. Merlot and Cabernet Franc lead the way to a soft supple wine with lots of character. Dark Ruby in color. Aromatic notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, currant, integrated sweet oak, cinnamon and clove spices, and shaved milk chocolate. It has a delicate and soft entry with great depth and balance. It is the definition of soft and velvety!
Blend: 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 2.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.5% Malbec
