- The Sacramento Southern Railroad is operated in Old Sacramento. During your trip, you will enjoy a six-mile, 40 minute roundtrip ride along the Sacramento River.
- Trip passes are valid for coach seating during the regular operating season which runs weekends, April through September.
All aboard the the California State Railroad Museum's popular excursion railroad! Train rides include closed coach cars, open-air gondolas and a first-class observation car pulled by either Granite Rock No. 10 steam locomotive or one of our vintage diesel locomotives from the Museum’s collection.
