We’ve got a big, bright, beautiful studio with teachers who are passionate about teaching yoga. Our certified instructors teach the Bikram yoga method, the original hot yoga, done in a carefully temperature and humidity controlled room. You’ll sweat like crazy, but when the class is finished you’ll feel incredible.

The perfect sequence of 26 postures works every major muscle group and body organ. Over time, it will lead you to flexibility, strength, and balance you didn’t know you were capable of.

Instructors are always available at the front desk 30 minutes before and after each class to answer any student questions. Come talk with us!
