Description

“Whenever I am in search of inspiration, I turn to the water,” says Jeffrey Heller, the architect who conceived San Francisco's newest luxury high rise and tallest residental building on the west coast, at 181 Fremont Street which boasts expansive views of San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, Sutro Tower, Mount Diablo, and beyond.

Fifteen lucky bidders will join Drew mom Kendall Wilkinson (Spencer '22) who designed the penthouse, for a tour and champagne reception. The penthouse, which sits 700 feet above the street and clocks in at 3,256 square feet, encapsulates the magic of the City and Kendall's design harnesses this romanticism while balancing the building’s strong architecture by creating a highly customized residence rich with texture and soft, curvaceous furniture.

In contrast to the building’s angular architecture, Wilkinson and her team utilized soft lines, pops of brilliant color, and ultraluxurious fabrics and materials to create a sense of romanticism and balance. As a final touch, Kendall brought in art advisor Holly Baxter to curate the artwork throughout - to the tune of close to $1M. Holly will join the tour as well to talk about her art choices.

This is a unique opportunity to get inside one of San Francisco's most interesting new buildings.
