San Francisco artist Jane Lidz is influenced by mythology, literature, symbols and words, to create works characterized by rich texture and luminous color. She attended Sara Lawrence College and has been an artist her entire life, also specializing in commercial photography.

Autumn Lake is a patchwork of deep orange and warm blues and features two rows of trees contained neatly in two boxes floating above deep waters and marshy grass.
