Special Instructions
Each ride-along participant must complete a release from liability form or, if under the age of 18, this form must be completed by a parent or guardian. All participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age and each minor must be accompanied by an adult. Date of the trip shall be mutually agreed upon by contacting the Chief at 415-558-3403.
