This "Teacher Wishlist" donation will be used to purchase a Beecosystem Hex Hive for Heather Parker's science classroom.  

From Heather Parker, TMS Life Sciences Teacher: "Second semester Zoology students studies bee behavior and communication. Having a fully functioning hive inside the classroom would give us a rare opportunity to watch the highly organized and complex society in the classroom! Daily, we can see the worker bees performing different dances to communicate directions to find food. We can watch the queen laying eggs, bees caring for the larvae, and honey being made and stored. We also will "bee" providing a safe home for bees to support the ecosystem of our campus!"
