Seaside Yoga Sanctuary is located in downtown Carmel and offers yoga classes that are accessible for all ages and physical abilities. Yoga mats and props are offered during class to modify, support, or teach a posture. 

Yoga is for EVERYONE. Our vision at SYS is to offer yoga classes that are accessible to all ages and physical abilities. We offer a diversity of styles and levels of classes; for the seasoned practitioner and those new to yoga.

Our experienced tea of teachers will instruct you on how to move safely within your current range of motion and encourage you to find the joy in practicing with the body you have right now!
