Save Half on Listing Agent Fees!

Auction Item Includes:

-Pay ½ of the 3% listing agent’s commission – listing agent being Mike DiSisto

-Mike DiSisto will sell the winning bidder’s home for ½ of the 3% listing agent’s commission. For example, with a final sales price of $250,000, the seller will save a total of $3,750 (1.5% of the final sales price) on listing agent’s commission. The seller agrees to pay the selling agent’s (representing the buyer) full commission of 3% of the final sales price. 

-Must contract legally with Mike DiSisto of Keller Williams Elite – Western Branch.

-Offer based on the final sales price of home.

-Bidder must use item by 12/31/19.

-Bidder must be selling home in the Hampton Roads area. 

-The winning bidder may transfer this item to another individual upon mutual agreement of listing agent and winning bidder.
