- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Certificate is valid for redemption Sunday through Thursday.
- Friday and Saturday redemption dates may be booked no more than 14 days in advance- subject to availability.
- Not to be used during July, August, Holiday periods or other high occupancy dates-additional blackout dates may apply.
- Certificate may not be extended, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed as a gift card.
- Cancelations are subject to Whiteface Lodge cancelation policy. Reservations canceled within cancelation window will result in forfeiture of certificate.
- If applicable, 72 Hour cancelation policy applies for all Spa appointments. Appointments canceled within cancelation policy will result in forfeiture of certificate. Spa treatment gratuity is included.
- Original certificate must be presented and surrendered at time of redemption.
- If applicable, dinner reservations for Kanu Resetaurant are required in advance. Alcohol is excluded from dinner certificate. Dinner gratuity is included.
