The show features pianist Sullivan Fortner and bassist/tuba player Philip Norris, two unbelievable young musicians who you might recognize from playing with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Wendell Pierce (of HBOs Treme and The Wire) will narrate an original script throughout the show that matches Barkers reputation as a charming and disarming expert who was also a hoot and a half.
