We offer group obstacle training classes for all skill levels (ages 14+). Classes take place every Saturday morning. Each class will have a maximum of 15 students and last 60 minutes. The fee is $20/class.

Classes include a warmup, an obstacle walkthrough & demonstration, obstacle training and function fitness, a core session and 10 minute cool down. There will also be time for an obstacle Q & A. Every Saturday training class includes an open gym pass for the day.
