This project was crafted from diverse cuts of the finest hard, fibrous material naturally found in Orinda (wood). Each piece is artistically decorated with thin coats of colorful protective coating, meticulously spread over each surface, and left to dry. These were painted by the most experienced and skilled practitioners of art attending Glorietta Elementary -- fifth-grade students. Each piece has been exquisitely fastened to a fine sheet of heavy canvas. This "Wood Painted by fifth-grade students, on Canvas" will make a wonderful addition to any room inside, or outside, your home!
