Woven into each Mountain Weave tablecloth is a rich history of self-reliance and ingenuity that harkens back to the homespun fabrics hand-loomed in the mountains of Vermont 150 years ago. Only instead of using whatever material happened to be on hand like our forebears, they're made from the finest USA-grown cotton woven on state-of-the-art looms by master weavers here in New England.

The soft, sturdy fabric is then sent to our neighbors down the road in Dorset, Vermont where each tablecloth is individually cut and fringed by hand. The result is an attractive yet durable table covering that's reversible so you can simply flip it over to hide those unsightly spills and extend the time between washings.

For best results, machine wash cold and line dry; stretch the tablecloth while it's drying. Your new tablecloth might feel thinner and stiffer compared to old favorites. This will change after a few washings as the cotton fluffs and softens with each wash for a more cushiony look and feel. Expect up to 10% shrinkage due to the 100% cotton weave; if the table linens are machine dried, you can expect increased shrinkage.*
