Come play with food and learn from the best in the famed kitchens of the CIA.
CIA Foodies offers expert instructors that will help you grow your knowledge and gain confidence so you’ll soon be cooking and thinking like a chef. A Saturday One-Day Class of your choice lets you explore a variety of topics -- Will it be grilling, global street foods, healthy cooking at home, chocolate, and so much more, all through the lens of the Hudson Valley’s prime ingredients.
