Personal Training Session with Cassandra Orefice

Description
A certified personal trainer, Cassandra Orefice is also a professional dancer, aerialist and model in NYC. She will work with you for a one-hour session at Salient Fitness, a semi-private gym located at 73 West 85th Street.
Cassandra believes that for training to have lasting effects, it is important to give her clients the ability to be their own #1 support. She invites each client to be an active participant in the training process, involved during training hours, before and after.
Every client is put on an individual program. First, Cassandra will do an assessment of your movement patterns and range of motion in each joint. She then will work with you, teaching and assigning homework drills that will help you regain mobility, more aligned posture and strength through proper engagement of the body.
Special Instructions
Item certificate may be picked up the night of the Gala, mailed via USPS, or picked up at Third Street Music School after May 7 and until June 1 between the hours of 9:30 am and 5:30 pm or by appointment. Items expire a year from the auction close unless otherwise noted.
