Bill Scott's, "Spring Garden", Lithograph on Paper, Artist's Proof (means one of the original printed lithographs made before the edition was printed); Signed and dated lower right "Bill Scott, 2013". Bill has been represented by Hollis Taggart Galleries since 1996. He studied with Joan Mitchell in Paris from 1991-93. He is a highly respected artist in Philadelphia and is represented in major collections throughout the United States.
